First Login

Learn how to sign in to your EntryGuard organization, complete MFA verification, and handle expired passwords.

Signing In

Navigate to the EntryGuard login page. You'll see the Sign in form with three fields:

  1. Enter your Organization Slug (e.g., acme-inc). This was provided when your organization was registered.
  2. Enter your Email (e.g., [email protected]).
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Click Sign In.
tip

If you received an invitation email, click the link to set your password first, then return to sign in.

MFA Verification

If multi-factor authentication is enabled on your account, you'll see a second screen: Enter verification code.

  1. Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
  2. Enter the 6-digit Code from your app, or use a recovery code.
  3. Click Verify.

You'll be signed in and taken to your dashboard.

Expired Password

If your organization has a password expiration policy and your password has expired, you'll see a Change your password screen instead of being logged in.

  1. Enter a New Password.
  2. Confirm it in the Confirm New Password field.
  3. Click Change Password.

After changing your password, you'll be signed in automatically.

Forgot Password?

If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot password? link on the login page. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.

After Signing In

Once signed in, you'll land on your Dashboard, where you can see:

  • Your active sessions and total session count
  • Your detected IP addresses (IPv4 and IPv6)
  • Your current plan
  • Resource and user counts (admins only)

From here you can navigate to Sessions to start whitelisting your IP, or explore the admin tools if you have administrator access.
