Register Your Organization

Create your EntryGuard organization and administrator account to get started with dynamic IP whitelisting.

Registration Form

Navigate to the EntryGuard registration page. You'll see the Create your organization form with the following fields:

  1. Organization Name — Your company or team name (e.g., "Acme Inc."). This will be used to generate your organization slug for login.
  2. Email — The admin user's email address (e.g., "[email protected]").
  3. Your Name — The admin user's full name (e.g., "John Doe").
  4. Password — A secure password (min. 8 characters).

Click Get Started to create your organization.

What Happens After Registration

  1. Organization is created with a slug auto-generated from your organization name (e.g., "Acme Inc." becomes acme-inc). Save this slug — you'll need it to sign in.
  2. You're logged in automatically as the organization administrator and taken to your dashboard.
  3. A verification email is sent to the provided email address. Click the link to verify your account.

Organization Slug

Your organization slug is generated automatically:

  • Converts the name to lowercase
  • Replaces spaces and special characters with hyphens
  • Removes consecutive hyphens

Examples:

  • "Acme Inc" → acme-inc
  • "My Company LLC" → my-company-llc
  • "Tech@Startup" → tech-startup
tip

Save your organization slug — all team members will need it to sign in.

Email Verification

After registration, check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to activate your account. You can use the application immediately, but some features may be restricted until verification is complete.

Password Requirements

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. Your organization can enforce stricter requirements later through password policies.

Rate Limiting

Registration is rate-limited to 5 attempts per IP address per hour to prevent abuse.
