Change Password
Update the password associated with your EntryGuard account.
How to Change Your Password
Navigate to Security in the sidebar.
In the Password section, click Change Password. A form appears with three fields:
- Enter your Current Password.
- Enter your New Password (8-128 characters).
- Enter your new password again in the Confirm New Password field.
- Click Save.
A success message — "Password changed successfully" — confirms the change.
If you see a "Passwords do not match" warning, make sure the New Password and Confirm New Password fields are identical.
Password Requirements
Your new password must be between 8 and 128 characters. Your organization may enforce additional requirements through password policies, such as:
- Uppercase letter required
- Lowercase letter required
- Digit required
- Special character required
Expired Passwords
If your organization has a password expiration policy, you'll be prompted to change your password during login when it expires. The Change your password screen appears automatically with:
- New Password field
- Confirm New Password field
- Click Change Password
After changing an expired password, you'll be signed in automatically.
Forgot Your Password?
If you can't remember your current password, click Forgot password? on the login page to receive a reset link by email.
