Payment History & Invoices

Admin Only

Payment history is only available to organization administrators.

The Billing page has three distinct views into your account's financial activity: the live usage card, the payment history table, and the invoices list. This page explains each.

Usage

The Current Usage card, just below your current plan, updates in real time. It lists:

ItemWhat you see
Users / Resources / Tunnels / Static IP rulesTotal count, billable count (total minus the 5-free allowance), rate per month, line total
Total Monthly CostSum of all billable lines
Daily DeductionMonthly cost ÷ 30, rounded up — the amount taken from your wallet tonight at 1 AM UTC
Credits remainingEstimated days your current balance will last at today's burn rate

This is the authoritative "what am I paying for right now" view.

Payment History

The Payment History table shows every top-up transaction for your organization.

ColumnDescription
DateWhen the payment was processed
AmountAmount in EUR
StatusCompleted, Failed, or Pending
CardLast 4 digits of the card used

Failed payments don't add credits. If you see a failure, re-try with a different card or contact [email protected].

Invoices

Below Payment History, the Invoices list holds two kinds of downloadable PDFs:

  1. Top-up receipts — generated immediately after each successful top-up. Proof that you paid €X, dated on the day of the transaction.
  2. Monthly statements — generated automatically at 2 AM UTC on the 1st of every month for the previous month. A line-itemised breakdown of what you spent credits on (users, resources, tunnels, static rules), with opening balance, closing balance, and totals.

Both are also emailed to your organization's billing email (set under Organization → Billing Details).

Click the Download PDF link next to any invoice to get the file.

Credit ledger

The raw credit transaction log (every grant, consume, and adjustment with balances after) is currently only exposed to EntryGuard platform admins via the super-admin console. If you need a copy for an audit, contact [email protected].
