Payment History
Admin Only
Payment history is only available to organization administrators.
View all past payment transactions for your organization.
Viewing Payment History
Navigate to Billing under the Admin section in the sidebar. Scroll down to the Payment History section.
Payment History Table
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the payment was processed |
| Plan | The subscription plan charged for |
| Amount | Payment amount in EUR |
| Status | Payment status badge |
| Card | Last 4 digits of the card used |
Status Badges
Payments display a colored status badge:
- Completed — Payment processed successfully
- Failed — Payment failed (e.g., insufficient funds, card expired, card declined)
- Pending — Payment is being processed
- Refunded — Payment was refunded
If no payments have been made yet, the table shows "No payments yet".
Common Failure Reasons
- Insufficient funds
- Card expired
- Card declined
- Invalid card details
- Payment processing error
If a payment fails, update your payment method and your subscription will resume.
