Payment Methods
Payment details are only visible to organization administrators.
EntryGuard uses a prepaid credit wallet model — you top up whatever amount suits you, and daily usage is deducted from the balance. There is no recurring subscription charge, and cards are not stored between top-ups.
Entering card details
Each top-up takes you to the secure payment gateway, where you enter:
- Card number (16 digits — Visa, Mastercard)
- Cardholder name
- Expiry date (MM/YY)
- CVV (3–4 digits)
Once the transaction is approved, credits are added to your wallet and you're returned to the Billing page. A receipt PDF is saved to Payment History for your records.
Supported cards
- Visa
- Mastercard
Debit and credit cards are both accepted. 3D Secure (card-issuer authentication) is enforced where the issuer supports it.
Why no saved cards?
Because EntryGuard doesn't auto-renew or charge recurring fees, there's no need to keep a card on file. You decide when to top up and for how much. This keeps PCI scope minimal on our side — your card data only ever touches the gateway, never EntryGuard's servers.
Refunds
If you need a refund for a top-up, contact [email protected] with the invoice number. We can also issue credit adjustments in the wallet ledger when appropriate.
