Payment Methods

Admin Only

Payment management is only available to organization administrators.

Payment methods are added during the subscription checkout process and used for recurring billing.

Viewing Payment Methods

Navigate to Billing under the Admin section in the sidebar. Your current default payment card is displayed in the Current Plan section, showing the last 4 digits.

Adding a Payment Method

Payment methods are added automatically when you subscribe to a plan or update your payment during checkout. You provide your card details in the secure payment form, and the method is saved for future billing.

Supported payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • SEPA Direct Debit (EU)

Removing a Payment Method

You cannot remove your default payment method while you have an active subscription. To change your payment method, update it during your next billing cycle or contact support.
