Subscribe & Add Credits

Admin Only

Billing management is only available to organization administrators.

Manage your organization's billing and prepaid credits from the Billing page.

Viewing Your Current Plan

Navigate to Billing under the Admin section in the sidebar. The top of the page shows:

  • Your current plan (Free or Paid)
  • Credit balance
  • Subscription status badge (Active, Past Due, Grace Period, Cancelled)
  • Default payment card (last 4 digits)

Adding Credits

  1. Navigate to Billing under the Admin section.
  2. Click Add Credits to start a payment.
  3. Complete the payment through the payment gateway.
  4. Credits are added to your organization's wallet immediately after payment.

Once your organization has credits, all paid features are unlocked automatically.

Credit Consumption

Credits are consumed based on usage. Your credit balance is visible on the Billing page at all times. When credits are depleted, your organization reverts to the Free plan.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • Your credit purchase will not be processed
  • Retry with an updated payment method
  • If your organization runs out of credits while a payment is pending, Free plan limits apply
